Our drivers will make every effort to place the material where
the buyer/agent designates, but Sunset Rock & Landscape
Supply assumes no responsibility for damage inside curb or
property line. Claims for shortage will not be allowed unless
made at the time this material is delivered or picked up.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer/Agent to ensure that
the correct product had been picked up or delivered. In the
event where the Buyer/Agent directs the driver to dump the
product material in an area where the driver may become stuck,
the Buyer/Agent agrees to pay towing fees & truck rental
for the period in which the truck is inoperable. All quotations
are based on allowing 5 minutes of free unloading time. Unloading
time in excess of the above will be charged at an additional
charge rounded to the nearest ¼ hour.
Fabric/weed
block.
We strongly recommend that our customers utilize a landscape
fabric or weed barrier when applying products. A protective
weed barriers will prohibit weed growth and will enhance the
beauty of the desert landscape that you have created. As a
convenience we sell quality weed block fabric to our customers.

Flagstone
can be used to create a walkway or path through your beautifully
landscaped yard. It can also be used to create a patio. We
offer a selections of colors and style below. It will take
typically 1 ton of flagstone to do 100 square feet.
